Repository map and documentation ownership¶

Inventory baseline: October 8, 2026, develop 76384b0e4 plus this documentation cleanup.
This is a navigation map, not a second task ledger or a claim that every module
has been fully tested. It inventories tracked source directories and documentation;
current API semantics were reviewed only where cited. There are no Git submodules;
“submodule” here means a Python subpackage, Rust crate or frontend source directory.

Module and submodule inventory¶

The following 52 source areas / 282 source directories cover tracked Python, Rust and
TypeScript/JavaScript/Svelte/Vue code under the runtime, contracts, codegraph,
verticals, Rust crates and both UI clients. Test/example/fixture directories are
excluded from the source-directory count and linked as validation owners. Files
without those extensions, assets and build scaffolding are inventoried separately
below. A test-directory link identifies an owner; it is not a test result.

Retained document inventory¶

Every remaining tracked .md, .adoc, and .rst is listed by directory, including
package-local guides. Operational guides, migrations, specifications, policies
and unique research/review evidence remain. “Retained” is a disposition after
path/reference inventory, not a semantic certification of every example. Dated
experiments retain NO-GO/HOLD outcomes; current task state lives in the linked
ledger. Requirements .txt files are dependency inputs, not disposable prose.
